These Terms & Conditions govern purchases in the samuandrea.hu online store operated by Wajandt Barnabás Mátyás (sole trader). Please read them before completing your order. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.

2. Products & prices

The store offers professional hairdressing accessories and tools. Prices are shown in Hungarian forints (HUF) and include VAT.

3. Ordering & payment

Add products to the cart, provide billing and shipping details at checkout, choose a payment method, and confirm the order (which entails an obligation to pay). Payment methods: advance bank transfer (1999 HUF shipping) or cash on delivery (2799 HUF shipping).

4. Delivery

Delivery is by GLS courier within Hungary, usually within 1–3 business days of dispatch.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without justification, from the day of receiving the product. The right may be exercised via the online withdrawal function on the Provider's website (the "Withdrawal from the contract" page: https://samuandrea.hu/elallas) or by an unambiguous statement sent to saanhair1@gmail.com. We send an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium (email) without undue delay. The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. Refunds are made within 14 days, and may be withheld until the goods are returned.

6. Warranty & complaints

Statutory warranty applies under the Hungarian Civil Code. Complaints can be submitted to saanhair1@gmail.com. The competent conciliation body is the Somogy County Conciliation Board (7400 Kaposvár, Anna u. 6.). Online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
