Changed your mind? Here you can notify us in a few clicks that you withdraw from your purchase. We send an acknowledgement of receipt immediately.
Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014, you may withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 days of receiving the product. You can exercise this right using this form, or by an unambiguous statement sent by email.
Withdrawal is not an automatic refund: after we record your notice, we refund the purchase price — including the delivery fee — within 14 days, once we have received the goods back or you have proven that you returned them.
The withdrawal function is required by Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (as amended by Decree 415/2025). The right cannot be exercised in the statutory exceptional cases (e.g. clearly personalised goods).
